The Big Bash League, also known as BBL or Big Bash, is an Australian professional Twenty20 cricket league created by Cricket Australia in 2011. It is also known as the KFC Big Bash League as it is sponsored by Kentucky Fried Chicken (KFC). Along with the Indian Premier League, it is one of the two T20 cricket competitions to rank among the top ten domestic sports leagues, when average attendance is being taken into account.
The Big Bash League season 2021–22 (BBL 11) will be the eleventh season for the Men’s tournament. The tournament will begin on 5th December 2021 and end on 28th January 2022. There are many online betting sites for BBL games where you can get in on the excitement by wagering and winning real money.

These two teams were on the top of the Big Bash League 2020 points table as well.
The Sydney Sixers won the Big Bash League 2020-21 by 27 runs against the Perth Scorchers in the final. They had successfully won the title after defeating the Melbourne Stars in the Big Bash League 2019-20 season as well.
Six of the eight teams competing have won the tournament at least once. The only teams that are yet to win the title are the Melbourne Stars and the Hobart Hurricanes. The team at the bottom of the points table in Big Bash League 2020-21 was Melbourne Renegades.
New Rules at The Big Bash League
Cricket Australia has now introduced three new rules to make the tournament more exciting. They are as follows:
Power Surge: The Powerplay has been reduced to 4 overs and is now fixed at the start of the innings. From the 11th over onwards, the batting team can take a two-over “Power Surge” at any time.
X-Factor Player: This player is shown on the team sheet as the 12th or 13th player. He can replace any player who has yet to bat or not bowled more than one over.
Bash Boost: Each match will have 4 competition points known as Bash Boost points, which are up for grabs. 3 points will be given for the overall win. 1 point will be given halfway through the second innings. If the chasing team’s score is higher than their opponent’s score at the 10th over, then they will receive the Bash Boost point. The fielding side will receive the point if they are trailing.
