The Punjab Kings (PBKS) is a franchise cricket club of the IPL. The team was founded in 2008 and was originally known as Kings XI Punjab (KXIP). In February 2021, the team’s name was changed to Punjab Kings from Kings XI Punjab.
PBKS home ground is PCA Stadium in Mohali, Punjab. They have also been playing their home matches at Dharamsala and Indore since 2010. The team has only made one playoff appearance, and that was in 2014 when they won the league table.
